ENHYPEN

ENHYPEN is a Korean boy group that first hit the airwaves in 2020. Interestingly, the name of the group derives from the English hyphen (-) punctuation mark and represents the desire to foster connection, discovery, and growth together. The seven members of ENHYPEN were chosen from a show called I-Land, where contestants competed to be selected via audience votes (one member of the seven was selected by the producers). The group went on to rapid success across Asia and around the world, touring around Korea, Japan, the Philippines, the USA, and other countries. Awards

The members of ENHYPEN have been nominated for and won many Korean music awards, including Rookie of the Year and Best Artist at the Asia Artist Awards in 2021, as well as three awards at the Circle Chart Music Awards. Enhypen also took home several awards from Japanese award ceremonies in 2022 and 2023. 

How did ENHYPEN rise to fame?

ENHYPEN rose to fame after its members were selected during a Korean reality show called I-Land, where contestants competed to be chosen via audience votes  The group’s debut was the EP Border: Day One, followed up by their first Japanese single Border: Hakanai.

Past ENHYPEN Collaborations

In their first few years as a group, ENHYPEN has already been involved in several high profiled collaborations throughout the entertainment industry, including with the Korean children’s show Tayo the Little Bus (ENHYPEN performed the theme tune “Hey Tayo” along with a new song called “Billy Poco), as well as with the Japanese video game brand Pokemon.
